Farmers will take to streets on 26th January and will march from Amritsar to Shambhu Border on 29th January :
Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher and district head Ranjit Singh Kaler Bala asked the farmers to gather on 26th January. There is a farmer protest in India at Delhi due to apathy of the central government, due to which lakhs of farmers have to sit on road and protest against the government. Many of farmers have lost their precious lives in this protest but still the government is giving only assurance to talk with them. There is Farmers Protest news at Shambhu Border.
When completed almost one year at the borders and doing the protest, the Kisan-Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti organized a huge rally in Jandiala Anaj Mandi. Many farmers participated in it and about hundred of tractors marched from Amritsar to Shambhu Border on 29th January. Farmers Protest news.
The leaders asked the farmers that on 26th January they will take out tractor rallies across the country. These rallies will be taken out in front of BJP leaders houses and some shopping malls. Through these rallies farmers will give a message to government that this protest is not going to end. Similar kind of rallies will be taken out in district of Amritsar.
Farmers will march to Shambhu Border on 29th January:
It was also announced in the meeting that some preparations will be held on 24th and 25th January at some places and after this hundred of tractors will gather on 29th January at Beas and head to the Shambhu Border on 30th January’s morning.
These proposals were also passed in this meeting:
- Support to all public struggles
- Appeal for the support from the intellectuals
- To continue the protest until the demands are met
- Maintaining unity of farmers and organisations
- Demands for cooperation from religious leaders and artists
So by these all things this is clear that farmers will continue their protest until there demands are met and they will do this protest with peace. They have challenged the government and asked them to give them justice.
